Grass-Fed:

• Cattle have been grass-fed from birth to processing.
• Have not been fed grains or grain by-products.
• Have been raised entirely free-roaming on pasture.
• Have never been confined to a feed lot.

Free-Roaming:

• Cattle have been raised entirely free-roaming on pasture from birth to processing.
• Have been allowed grains and/or grain by-products.
• Have never been confined to a feed lot.

Grain-Fed:

• They are  lean, humanely raised animals.
• Have been fed rations of grains throughout their lives.
• May have been conditioned in small feed lots.

At checkout will show $0, but will be added based upon weight of your order plus the weight of the required packaging, ice packs, etc., and shipping distance.  We will verify shipping costs with you prior to shipping.

NOTE: Items can be picked up at the Dallas , Midlothian or Waxahachie Farmers Market if you are in the area and pre-order by Tuesday the week prior to that weekend.
