For the 48 continential United States:

We charge a flat shipping rate of $12.00 for internet orders, regardless of what you order (engines and certain other items excepted), within the 48 states. For more info on shipping , please visit

Your order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS,  determined by the size and weight of your shipment. Be sure to include both your billing (USPS) address and physical address (if different) to avoid errors or delays.

Your shipment is automatically insured for the total amount. HOWEVER, if you specify to leave the package without a signature (e.g., "leave at front door"), you are assuming all liability for the package, and are releasing us from ALL liability.

Please enter your address carefully. Our shippers charge an address correction fee if they have to change the address; if your address is incorrect, your card will be charged an additional $15. Sometimes, we don't get parts when expected, especially coming from China. If we do not have a part that you ordered, we will either contact you asking if you want the order held until all parts are available (if you choose to have it split, you will be charged flat-rate shipping for the second shipment) or we will (at our option) ship the parts that are available without contacting you and then ship the remaining parts when they arrive (no extra shipping charge).

If you specify the carrier for your package, our flat rate shipping will not apply.  You will be advised of the shipping charges and will be asked to approve them before we ship.  We are unable to ship overnight.

Alaska and Hawaii

e-mail us prior to placing your order, or place your order (the shopping cart will display the flat-rate amount, but your actual rate will probably be higher unless we can use USPS Priority Mail), and we will e-mail you for approval of the corrected amount.

Other locations, P. O. Boxes:

Sorry, we are unable to ship to any address outside the United States, or to U. S. territories. Small boxes (only) may be sent to P. O. or APO boxes within the U. S.

Special Shipping, such as "Next Day Air":

We previously offered this service; however, since most "ground" packages arrive within 1 - 5 days, and overnight shipping is so expensive, almost no one used it. Therefore, "ground" is the only service we offer.

Orders may not be changed after they have been submitted. However, if you want to add to an order that has not yet shipped, please submit another order and ask that it be added to your previous order (please provide order number) in the "notes" section. If the order has not yet been packed, we will combine the orders (in-stock items only) and charge you one shipping fee.

Orders may not be cancelled after they have been marked "processing." If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you will be credited for the price of the product(s) ordered minus shipping charges (both directions) and a 20% re-stocking fee.

Special Orders may not be cancelled. If a part is marked "special order," or if we added a part to the store at your request, the order may not be cancelled. Your credit card will be charged prior to our ordering the part(s). If we don't stock it, it often means we can't sell it, and we don't want it, either.

If we ship you a part that is not what you ordered, we will credit you for the return shipping (ground only), as well as re-ship the correct part. Please note this is only if we make an error. If you order the wrong part, it's yours, as all sales are final. (Sorry, Texas law says that once we've shipped it to you, it's "used," and we cannot re-sell it as new.)

Please ensure you are ordering the correct part, as all sales are final. If you have a question as to which part you need, please e-mail us (see "Contact Us"). If we make an exception, you are responsible for freight both ways, and a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged for returned parts. Please request an RMA within 7 days of delivery and put the number on the return box. We will not accept returns without an RMA number on the package. Electrical parts, wear items, and parts that have been installed may not be returned.

There is no warranty on clutches, belts, torque converters, and similar wear items, nor on electrical items. Tires are not warranted against wear, damage, or improper mounting.

A phone number is required; carriers will not ship without a valid phone number.

If you receive a part that appears defective, e-mail us to obtain an RMA number prior to returning the part. RMA's are valid for 14 calendar days from issue. Parts returned without an RMA number will be discarded. You are responsible for sending us the part via mail or ground shipping, but we will reimburse you the cost of shipping (ground only) if the part is defective and will re-ship it at our expense.
