The business membership is for businesses, as well as persons with rental properties.

This membership will get you the "cost-plus" savings rate for the duration of the 2013-2014 season (9/1-8/31). If you renew by 8/31/2014, you'll be eligible for the lock-in rate for the 2014-2015 season.
