Please ensure you are ordering the correct part, as all sales are final.  If you have a question as to which part you need, please e-mail us (see "Contact Us").  (Sorry, Texas law says that once we've shipped it to you, it's "used," and we cannot re-sell it as new.)

Inspect your package when it arrives.  If the box is damaged, do not sign for it until you have opened it to ensure there is no damage.  If it's damaged, have the delivery driver make a note of it in his/her electronic board, and then let us know.  If you do not document it, we may not be able to file a claim for the damage. 

Parts should be installed only by qualified persons who are 18 years of age or older.  By purchasing from our site at these rates, you are assuming all liability for the use of these parts, and agree to hold Reliable Go-Karts and it's owners blameless in the event of any injury, accident, or death.

Prices are subject to change without notice;  if a price of an item has changed; you will be notified prior to shipping for your approval.

Your shipment is automatically insured for the total amount by our carrier (Fed-Ex or USPS Priority Mail).  HOWEVER, if you specify to leave the package without a signature (e.g., "leave at front door"), you are assuming all liability for the package, and are releasing us from ALL liability.
