We use UPS as our main carrier however, for any additional fees we will use any carrier you prefer.

Please contact our shipping department at roykingpps@yahoo.com to change to a carrier of your choosing before placing your order. Include your billing address, shipping address, and phone number to avoid and delays or errors.

Carriers charge an additional fee for an address correction of $15 that will be charged to your credit card, so please enter your address carefully.

Most carriers including USPS, FED EX, and UPS will "leave at door" for residential deliveries, for an additional fee a signature can be obtained.

Hawaii and Alaska Please email roykingpps@yahoo.com for a quote on shipping even though it will give a quote these two states will usually require additional fees.

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase however, return shipping will be the customers responsibility.
